• Lead business development activities: Oversee and drive business development initiatives, particularly in Commercial Refrigeration. • Responsible for defining and executing stationary aftermarket strategy for North America region. • Lead a cross-functional team: Work closely with marketing, sales, technical service, and product management teams. • Customer-focused problem solving: Address customer needs and challenges with innovative solutions. • Data-driven decision making: Interpret and analyze data to establish market size and business opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Materials Science etc. • Minimum of 10 years serving in a commercial role • Experience working in food retail, convenience, or the cold storage industry • Experience in leading business development activities or related initiatives • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or partners (internal/external) • Experience in interpreting and analyzing data to guide strategy • Demonstrated project management skills • Willingness to travel at minimum 25% of the time • Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with many stakeholders, including senior management
