• Responsible for supporting investor relations and wholesaling team in selling CIRE offerings • Educate financial advisors and wholesalers on real estate investments and offerings • Maintain communication and provide guidance regarding CIRE's offerings • Create effective processes and strategies for the investor relations team

Requirements

• Knowledge of the financial advisor and broker-dealer investment industry • Highly coachable and positive attitude • Takes initiative and is solutions-oriented • Solid analytical skills • Strategic thinker with good anticipation and prioritization skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Ability to travel from time to time preferred • Bachelor's degree required
