• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the life sciences industry • Minimum 4-5 years in a sales role • Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (preferred) • Deep knowledge of the biopharma R&D cycle (e.g., discovery, pre-clinical or clinical development, regulatory processes) • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets • Experience selling enterprise solutions to VP-, SVP-, and C-suite executives • Proficiency using CRM (SalesForce) and sales enablement tools such as Outreach.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
