• ~1 or more years of experience as a successful SDR/BDR or in a related field. • Cold outbound experience is a must as this will be a healthy part of your day • Growth-minded, coachable, curious, and eager to learn • Flexible and open to change. We’re a start-up, and priorities may shift as we grow. • Entrepreneurial mindset. While we have a lot figured out, there is still more to uncover. You’ll have the autonomy to try new things. As a front-line member of the sales team, you’ll have a hand in our company direction.
