β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-velocity sales role with demonstrated success in closing deals, meeting quotas, and driving revenue growth β’ Familiar with DevOps tools, solutions, and practices, especially Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) β’ Proven track record of selling software or technical solutions to engineering and operations teams within mid-market or enterprise organizations β’ Understanding of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) model and experience with self-service and low-friction adoption β’ Previous experience with building and executing sales playbooks in tech or DevOps environments preferred β’ Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β’ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills β’ Self-starter with competitive edge, thrives in high-growth environments β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams to ensure customer success
