β€’ CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software β€’ Integrates into hybrid and heterogeneous environments and supports organizations in their DevSecOps journey β€’ Seeking a High-Velocity Seller with familiarity in DevOps to drive pipeline generation for next-gen products β€’ Responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities in mid-market and corporate accounts β€’ A foundational understanding of the DevOps ecosystem and passion for technology is required

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-velocity sales role with demonstrated success in closing deals, meeting quotas, and driving revenue growth β€’ Familiar with DevOps tools, solutions, and practices, especially Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) β€’ Proven track record of selling software or technical solutions to engineering and operations teams within mid-market or enterprise organizations β€’ Understanding of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) model and experience with self-service and low-friction adoption β€’ Previous experience with building and executing sales playbooks in tech or DevOps environments preferred β€’ Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills β€’ Self-starter with competitive edge, thrives in high-growth environments β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams to ensure customer success
