Description

β€’ Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from top existing accounts. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. β€’ Create, develop, and execute strategic territory and account plans β€’ Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position Cloudinary's solutions. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for media management and optimization. β€’ Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. β€’ Maintain accurate and current account and opportunity forecasting within internal sales tools. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role β€’ Proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry β€’ Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment β€’ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
