• Develop and grow business relationships with agencies and agents. • Act as a subject matter expert on products and processes. • Collaborate with sales and relationship managers on sales plans. • Educate on and recommend products to agents and agencies. • Grow and develop dormant agencies/agents.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience in life and annuity products • Team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced sales environment • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards for life and annuity products
