Description

• Acquiring new customers in the German market with monthly sales targets • Managing the deal lifecycle from qualified opportunity to first contract signing • External stakeholder management primarily in sustainability, IT, project management, external consultants, legal, and management • Developing and executing lead generation strategies in collaboration with sales development and marketing team • Working with product and sales leadership teams to continuously improve Code Gaia

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in B2B SaaS or software sales focused on new business • Experience in complex software purchasing processes in companies with 100 to 3,000 employees • Understanding of effective sales processes • Familiarity with Hubspot and strong analytical skills • Ability to build trust and enthusiasm with potential customers • Ideally completed studies in business, communications, social sciences, or a similar qualification • Fluent in German and strong communication skills • Passionate about sustainability and contributing to a livable future
