β’ Breaking into key target accounts through outbound prospecting with CoderPadβs value proposition aligned to the objectives of our ideal prospects β’ Collaborating with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools β’ Establishing a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects β’ Suggesting new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approach β’ Achieving pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. β’ Engaging with a value-based selling approach to delight our buyers!
β’ 2-3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive β’ A hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit! β’ Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions β’ A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team β’ Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo is a plus
