Description

• Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business. • Develop and execute on a sales process, approach, and tactics to drive consulting services sales. • Drive new business for Voiant solutions at existing and new clients. • Leverage software partner relationships to generate and transfer qualified leads for execution and ensuring deals are progressing to meet forecast commitments. • Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and accurately provide reporting on forecast/pipeline to multiple stakeholders. • Strategically coordinate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns to support business development efforts. • Contribute towards client account planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years successfully selling into the business functions at Enterprise accounts. • At least 4 years of experience in consulting and/or software sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue growth. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting services, marketing, and finance. • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales projections. • Knowledge of the consulting services industry and the competitive landscape. • Strong business acumen and a client-focused mindset. • Background in Sales Performance Management is preferred. • Salesforce CRM experience.
