🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Seven plus years of experience in management consulting, operations or corporate strategy. • Proven experience in business strategy, performance management, or executive support roles. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and performance tracking systems.
