• Provide top-notch front-line customer service. • Register students into classes and follow up with prospective learners via outbound calls. • Achieve individual revenue sales via primarily outbound calls, achieving conversion rate goals. • Assist current students and potential learners by providing comprehensive information on Gold Coast programs, brand story and value proposition through lead outreach, and follow-up via outbound calls. • Make recommendations on classes and offerings based on the students’ needs and interests via outbound outreach. • Execute sales activity as it relates to lead management, lead conversion and lead follow-up in hub-spot to ensure pipeline is up to date and relevant. • Be the ultimate cheer leader for our students to create raving fans for life. • Other duties as directed by the Sales Director and team leaders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with some college preferred. • 1 year of inside sales experience strongly preferred. • Basic technical proficiency with Microsoft Suites required. • The ability to lift to 40 pounds required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required. • Strong problem-solving skills required. • A can-do attitude with the drive to succeed. • The ability to serve customers with excellence and integrity. • Confidence and competence to hit sales goals primarily via outbound calls. • Ability to work 20-24 hours per week. • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
