Colibri is one of the pioneers of online professional education, introducing some of the first web-based professional education courses in 2001. • Today, the company’s family of brands are the leading online professional education platforms in their respective end-markets. • We proudly to serve >1 million customers annually and employ more than 1,500 mission-aligned professionals. • Position Overview: The National Sales Executive is a critical customer-facing role designed to grow Colibri Healthcare’s footprint in higher education settings. • As a National Sales Director, you will promote Nurse Practitioner and Nursing curriculum materials and digital learning products to Nursing and Nurse Practitioner educators and higher education institutions through the Fitzgerald Health Education Associates and ultimately, other Colibri Nursing brands. • You will be focused on winning new accounts with enterprise curriculum and exam review solutions. • You will be expected to travel as needed, especially during the primary selling seasons. • The position may also involve negotiating business terms pricing, crafting RFP responses, and providing customers with guidance on our ability to support direct-pay and student-pay models. • This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer of Colibri Healthcare.
• Comfortability with owning and delivering on revenue targets monthly. • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or related field required; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in academic, higher education, or healthcare sales role with a proven track record of success. • Comfortable leveraging Salesforce.com. • Ideal candidate will have a rolodex of contacts to leverage decreasing the sales cycle. • Demonstrate experience with sales in technology, higher education or healthcare/publishing. • Capability of communicating, building, and maintaining strong relationships at all organizational levels to promote solutions to clinical and educational leadership. • Strong work ethic and ability to manage high levels of volume across multiple prospects. • Looking for a self-starter that doesn’t require daily management and direction. • Project plan and management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to leverage your creativity, intellect, and results-oriented attitude to advance Colibri’s vision for the future.
