• Significant experience (5-7 years) in a closing role in enterprise technology product sales or SaaS product sales • Some prior experience of working in the customer experience space • An aggressive but consultative approach to selling • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the incentives • A strong bias to action • Superb communication skills!
