• Account Manager role managing customer accounts, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue • Take ownership of entire sales process, conduct discovery calls to drive pipeline growth • Exceed annual revenue targets by managing and growing account portfolio • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to achieve quota targets • Act as trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings • Drive expansion of Concord products throughout assigned accounts • Conduct semi-annual internal business reviews and develop account strategy plan
• College Graduate, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of individual quota-carrying sales experience • Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics. • Experience in facilitating resolution to customer problems • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. • Capable to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
