β€’ Seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive sales in the healthcare sector. β€’ Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams. β€’ Leverage referral partners and cold calling to build a sales pipeline. β€’ Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients. β€’ Actively seek and acquire new clients through diverse channels. β€’ Demonstrate a hunter mentality, pursuing new market opportunities. β€’ Successfully achieve quota targets using a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. β€’ 5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas. β€’ Proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and closing deals for healthcare solutions and services. β€’ Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire healthcare (provider) new logos. β€’ Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach. β€’ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. β€’ Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. β€’ Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. β€’ Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions. β€’ Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking. β€’ Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
