📋 Description

• CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. • By delivering over 1 million meals per month, we’re also empowering working chefs, tripling their income, and supporting their growth. • CookUnity believes in fueling stronger communities, partnering with Food Bank For New York City to combat food insecurity across all five boroughs. • The Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness. • We are looking for an experienced communications professional to drive high-impact media relations strategies. • This role will include both internal and external communications with a focus on national public relations strategies and media relations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in public relations, communications or related field. • Experience at premium consumer and/or technology brands or startups. • Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, operating with a bias for action and will to figure things out with minimal oversight. • Strategic thinker with proven success developing communications programs and initiatives. • Storyteller with outstanding communication skills, demonstrating clarity of thought, ability to influence, and adopting appropriate tone of voice. • Good judgement, a knack for diplomacy, experience with communications project management • Confidence to engage and build consensus with multiple stakeholder and functional leaders at various levels • Experience in hospitality, retail or consumer packaged goods preferred. • Passionate about their craft and hungry to learn and develop in a hyper-growth environment.
