• AllShore Talent is a leading remote staffing company, offering top-tier professionals working 100% remote to businesses worldwide. • Specializing in IT and software development, design, administrative support, digital marketing, and more. • We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both clients and the company. • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients. • Build strong, long-term relationships to understand clients’ staffing needs and business goals. • Leverage your expertise in the talent and staffing industry to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts. • Present tailored upselling and cross-selling strategies to address clients' hiring challenges and deliver measurable business impact. • Develop account growth plans and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report progress to management. • Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their business challenges.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the staffing or talent acquisition industry. • Proven success in upselling and cross-selling staffing or talent solutions, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals. • Experience with the U.S market/ U.S based clients it’s a must. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making. • Comprehensive understanding of staffing industry dynamics, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition solutions. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
