Description

• The Director of Contracts reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). • Responsible for developing, managing, and administering Government contracts and subcontract agreements of varying size and complexity. • Oversees contract administration and ensures compliance with CSA policies and procedures, applicable federal rules and regulations, and ethical standards. • Leads and manages the contracts team. • Supervise the internal Contracts Team. • This position can be performed remotely with the preferred location near either our Virginia Beach or Reston, VA offices.

Requirements

• Experience writing and enforcing departmental and company-wide policies and procedures and promote continuous improvement. • Meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal). • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely independently and collaboratively as a team. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills and business and strategic planning and implementation skills. • Proven ability to set and manage performance. • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. • Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required. • US Citizen • Travel demands may include local and long-distance travel to and from the client site as required by the client and CAO. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required. • May be required to lift 15 pounds at times.
