• Executive Director responsible for the organization's medical services programs. • Oversight, support, and maintenance of medical services programs. • Drive innovation in service of value-based care principles and outcomes. • Develop and implement integrated models of care management programs. • Collaborate on clinical initiatives with internal and external partners. • Ensure alignment of clinical initiatives with ACO Senior Leadership.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of recent or current clinical care delivery in a primary care discipline. • A minimum of 10 years of related experience with progressive leadership roles in ACO, managed health care, clinical programs, services, or administration. • Experience working with provider entities and ACOs under value-based arrangements. • Advanced knowledge of and experience with CMS/CMMI and Medicare programs. • Knowledge of clinical management, project management, and process improvement and design required. • Success in establishing external relationships with provider groups and community stakeholders. • Experience implementing rapid cycle advanced analytics-driven workflow changes and innovative solutions.
