• Deliver annual sales objectives for key account customers. • Integrated account management approach covering all areas of sales. • Maximize key account customer relationships and develop long-term loyalty. • Independently manage time in a field-based role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial vehicle/equipment sales or financial services environment. • Leadership experience is preferable. • Strong computer literacy and ability to interpret statistics and strategy. • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills. • Entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent customer orientation and ability to plan and implement marketing programs. • Strong people skills for selection and motivation of staff. • Full, clean driving license with ability to travel frequently (>60%).
