Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales-focused role with a proven track record of driving results, preferably in a partnership or client-facing role. • A basic understanding of the partnership landscape, including technology, professional services, and venture sectors. • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage shifting priorities. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. • Proficiency in spoken and written English, French, and Spanish is required. German language skills would be a significant advantage. • You have worked in an HR or FinTech company and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. • You have experience in a fast-growing startup, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. • You have successfully worked in remote or distributed teams, showcasing strong self-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
