Our comprehensive range of AI services, specifically designed for customer relations, elevates data quality and automates tasks. • We empower Customer Service and Sales teams to effectively handle all inbound and outbound interactions thanks to our state-of-the-art dialer. • Our solution seamlessly integrates with leading CRMs and offers real-time monitoring and analytics capabilities. • Diabolocom with offices across Europe, the USA, Brazil, and the UAE, proudly serves 350+ clients, with agents operating from 60+ countries. • Diabolocom is rapidly expanding and establishing a strong global presence. • We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our growth across the Middle East. • This position reports to Diabolocom's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and involves regular collaboration with our CEO. • Develop and implement a robust lead generation and market entry strategy for the Middle East region. • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers and partners in the region. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Ensure all business development activities are culturally adapted to the Middle Eastern market. • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to achieve commercial targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners. • Work closely with global teams to align strategies and share market insights. • Stay informed about local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements in the Middle East.
• Fluency in both standard Arabic and English • Proven track record of driving revenue in B2B SaaS or cloud contact center solutions • Deep familiarity with the Middle Eastern market landscape, including local regulations, business culture, and competitive dynamics • Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial drive: able to define and execute market expansion plans, adapt to changing conditions, and innovate • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey technical value propositions and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
