Description

β€’ Communicate and implement strategic plans and initiatives across all sales divisions. β€’ Drive accountability within the team as a sales subject matter expert, leveraging data for optimization. β€’ Act as a bridge between CSC and the field, influencing sales initiatives and strategies. β€’ Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and brand love, ensuring seamless omnichannel athlete experiences. β€’ Provide valuable input to corporate Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams based on field insights. β€’ Serve as the primary resource for District Managers, taking responsibility for achieving sales targets. β€’ Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency. β€’ Analyze complex problems related to market share, competition, and athlete needs using data and observation. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, adjusting strategies accordingly. β€’ Maintain an in-depth understanding of the sales components of the business, actively improving proficiencies for financial success and a positive athlete experience. β€’ Act as a Subject Matter Expert in sales categories, selling skills, athlete needs, services, credit card, and scorecard execution. β€’ Lead effectively through organizational change and ambiguity. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to unleash growth potential with a customer focus. β€’ Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on continuous improvement. β€’ Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in geography and communities. β€’ Contribute to a productive and engaging culture that instills confidence and capacity in teammates and athletes. β€’ Build a diverse talent bench and assist in creating development plans to grow talent for the organization.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors Degree β€’ Business or other related discipline β€’ 5-7 years experience β€’ 5-7 years- Retail sales, Customer Relations
