Description

• Drive adoption of DocGo’s model and services through strategic outreach to health systems, provider groups, and healthcare organizations in the Wisconsin/Illinois region. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within health systems and partner organizations. • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing partnerships to drive the expansion of DocGo’s services within the local healthcare market. • Be the primary point of contact for referral source questions or issues, ensuring timely service recovery and resolution. • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to create and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand trust, engagement, and market presence. • Partner with corporate business intelligence teams to analyze local market and partner-specific data, producing regular reports on metrics and outcomes. • Identify areas for improvement within existing strategies and suggest new initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. • Leverage healthcare industry knowledge to help position DocGo as a trusted partner in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Proven track record of successfully managing business development activities, including sales and outreach in competitive markets. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to present to key stakeholders. • Excellent customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail with strong follow-through. • High integrity in managing confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems. • Reliable transportation for business-related travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
