• The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a targeted, commissioned role working on the new business team in the Americas region. • Your job will be to source and qualify Leads converting them into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO). • You will be responsible for sourcing and managing a list of leads to create new opportunities with various businesses. • Conversations will relate to the Prospect's email, SMS, and multichannel marketing automation needs.
• A positive and proactive attitude • A motivated, coachable, and determined individual • Impeccable work ethic • Native-level communication in English (written and spoken) • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment (experience in a sales role or public speaking preferred) • 4 year Bachelor’s degree preferred and a plus • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc • A general understanding of the Ecommerce Landscape, SaaS, or Marketing Technology is a plus
