Description

• Manage relationships at Target to grow Dr. Squatch’s presence • Collaborate with brokers and partners for short & long-term strategies • Manage customer P&L and drive budget goals • Build and execute sales strategy with Director of Retail Sales • Collaborate to create merchandising destinations for Dr. Squatch • Develop trade promotions strategy • Facilitate retail initiatives with product, operations, and marketing teams • Manage sales organization assets for outreach • Provide key inputs for Target demand planning • Ensure new item launches are executed flawlessly

Requirements

• 10+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in CPG • Experience in personal care or wellness preferred • Strong relationships with tier 1 mass retailers • Proven success in aggressive sales goals • Experience managing broker networks • Deep understanding of national accounts landscape • Ability to travel when necessary • Excellent communication skills • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, or eCommerce • Experience in consumer products industry is a plus
