• DuBois Chemicals is looking to hire a high-achieving sales professional for our Paper Chemicals US South East sales territory. • Responsible for growing and maintaining our business in this region. • Must have a strong background in the paper industry. • Successful history of cold-calling, prospecting, and creating new business is highly desired. • Manage key accounts with growth opportunities. • Work in a team-selling environment. • Effectively communicate customer needs to ensure that team-selling efforts are coordinated. • Maintain a strong on-site customer presence in the customer manufacturing sites.
• Five or more years of experience in the pulp and paper industry. • A bachelor’s degree in paper engineering, chemical engineering, or similar is preferred. • A background in sales to the pulp and paper industry is preferred. • Ability to build and manage long-term business relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer consultation, negotiation, and problem resolution. • Ability to learn the DuBois technologies and utilize that knowledge to fulfill customer needs. • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other business management tools. • Experience or ability to learn lab test procedures to validate product performance. • Ability to travel daily, with up to 50% overnight travel.
