• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions. • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level executives. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software tools. • In-depth knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to the company's products or services is highly desirable.
