🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in business development / strategic sales with global enterprise accounts. Minimum of 6 years in the Payments Industry required. β€’ A proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals is highly valued. β€’ Deep knowledge of the merchant payment ecosystem (payment processing solutions, e-commerce platforms), market trends, and customer pain points. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals and present to senior stakeholders effectively. β€’ Proven ability to identify and generate pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline. β€’ Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of identifying and leveraging data-driven opportunities. β€’ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs. β€’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. β€’ Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time management. β€’ Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel (up to 50% of the time).
