Requirements
• Proven experience in estate planning, financial services, or related fields. • Strong track record in leading sales teams, exceeding quotas and hiring and retaining top-talent • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer experience. • Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Experience in product development and go-to-market strategies is a plus.
