Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Entry-level position, with preference for candidates with 1+ years experience in a similar sales/success role. • Strong preference for experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry. • A creative approach to prospecting using traditional methods alongside new technologies. • Highly coachable; strong commitment to professional growth and development. • Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and enhancing outreach effectiveness. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Resilient: Able to handle challenges, adapt, and remain solution-oriented despite roadblocks/rejection. • Ability to thrive in a fully-remote work environment and manage multiple ongoing campaigns efficiently. • Ability and willingness for limited travel (less than 5%). • Access to consistent, high-quality internet, and a suitable work environment for extensive phone work.
