β€’ Join our team and make a difference by assisting customers in finding cures, protecting the environment, and ensuring food safety. β€’ Research, identify, and qualify potential client companies that fit with the services of the business. β€’ Engage prospective clients with a targeted message about our services and how we can contribute to their projects. β€’ Gain the support of local Business Development Executives (BDEs) or Account Executives (AEs) and relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) to discuss possible project opportunities. β€’ Prepare the internal team with intel and company summaries ahead of prioritizing calls. β€’ Coordinate the establishment of Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) with new clients and the business. β€’ Work with BDEs or AEs to collect information to be able to submit requests for proposals (RFPs) within SalesForce. β€’ Use business intelligence platforms and other internal digital tools to improve the ability to find and advance new opportunities. β€’ Communicate information and new project requirements to enable evaluation and generation of product proposals. β€’ Maintaining accurate and current data in the client database for the assigned territory.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree. β€’ Experience in the life sciences industry, with preference for pharma/biotech industry including business development, commercial, or CDMO exposure. β€’ Strong prospecting skills and a curiosity for sales. β€’ A highly self-motivated individual. β€’ Experience with SalesForce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform preferred. β€’ Valid driving license may be required depending on the location.
