โ€ข Generates new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with potential buyers. โ€ข Prospects, builds, and manages a sales pipeline through high volume, outbound calling. โ€ข Documents and maintains all activity within the customer relationship management system to track activity, measure results, and ensure data integrity. โ€ข Works with leadership and sales operations to identify gaps in processes, trends, and potential improvements. โ€ข Generates profitable growth thru quota attainment. โ€ข Facilitates a smooth handoff to the inside or outside sales team once accounts have met the assigned sales quota. โ€ข Research leads and existing business accounts to provide insightful dialogue that promotes supplies and services suited to create value in a relationship with the prospective client.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 2 - 3+ years of sales, B2B, account management experience is a plus!! โ€ข Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM. โ€ข Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, is a plus! โ€ข Organizational skills & Professional phone etiquette. โ€ข Comfortable in a Inbound / Outbound Phone Call environment โ€ข Independent and Accountable Self Starter. โ€ข Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred โ€ข Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote / hybrid position
