Description
• As part of the Corporate Development (M&A) team, play a critical role in EquipmentShare’s inorganic growth strategy. • Research and engage with potential M&A partners via various outreach methods. • Conduct preliminary due diligence and drive top-of-the-funnel deal activity.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Growth Equity, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Development, Sales, or related fields with a proven track record in deal sourcing, including cold-calling and other outreach methods.
