• Linus Health is a Boston-based digital health company focused on transforming brain health for people across the world. • We invite collaborative, self-driven and impact-oriented professionals to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. • We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing commercial team at Linus Health. • You will help build a new function that currently consists of two BDR’s and a Manager, Business Development with a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to both our company growth and mission, while partnering closely with both marketing and sales. • While this role can be fully remote, this person must be located in EST or CST time zones. • This person may be expected to travel to Boston 1-2 times a year for a company gathering.
• 1-2 years of experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical staffing, client onboarding, administrative, billing, client success, vendor management, and/or clinical experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to engage effectively and professionally with senior-level prospects • Go-getter attitude and ability to operate effectively with a fast-paced startup • Knowledge of and commitment to following marketing best practices and complying with privacy and email communication regulations • Prior experience as a BDR or SDR • B2B Sales Experience • Track record of consistently hitting BDR/SDR performance targets • Hubspot and Salesforce experience • Familiarity using Definitive Healthcare • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Experience using Gong • Software sales experience
