📋 Description

• Gewinnung, Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung von langfristigen Beziehungen zu (potenziellen) Key Accounts mit dem Ziel, einer nachhaltigen Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung in den relevanten Zielgruppen • Unterstützung des National Sales Directors, der Sales Managerin West/Nord sowie des Healthcare Market Managers in der Erarbeitung der Vertriebsstrategie und Umsetzung bei bestehenden regionalen Key Accounts • Entwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Kundenstrukturen inkl. der Einbindung von anderen regionalen Key Account Manager*innen, den regionalen Teams und anderen Kanälen • Die/der regionale Key Account Manager*in repräsentiert das Unternehmen gem. der Unternehmenswerte (beliefs & behaviours) und der Compliance Richtlinien

🎯 Requirements

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung und 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, bevorzugt im Gesundheitswesen • Erfahrungen im Bereich strategische Accountplanung und interdisziplinäre Kundenprojekte • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie Erfahrung mit CRM und Power Bi wünschenswert • Zielstrebigkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und Engagement • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit in allen hierarchischen Ebenen und unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen überzeugend und authentisch zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
