📋 Description

• Engage and close new partners across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines • Develop and execute an outbound partnership strategy • Identify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodus’ products • Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements • Build scalable processes for partnership development • Represent Exodus at industry conferences and events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3 • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships • Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership • Strategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving • Ability to travel to in-person meetings • Passion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends • A Plus: Existing network of relationships in the crypto/Web3 industry • Experience in B2B2C partnerships • Background in strategic deal-making and contract negotiations
