📋 Description

• Lead and expand strategic partnerships with key governing bodies and organizations. • Serve as lead representative in strategic partnerships with industry organizations, standard-setting bodies, and regulatory agencies. • Oversee the Strategic Accounts function and manage the Director of Strategic Accounts. • Develop and execute growth strategies in high-potential market segments. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with industry needs. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for business development initiatives. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders. • Lead participation in industry organizations to shape new methods and standards. • Ensure consistent pipeline management and documentation through CRM and reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, plus six to ten years of relevant experience and/or training — or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of sales leadership experience. • 5+ years of experience working with norms and standards organizations such as ASTM, USP, EPA, or similar. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven public speaking ability. • Demonstrated sales management skills and proficiency with CRM platforms. • Excellent negotiation, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx). • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, employment and education verification and a 10-panel drug screening, which includes marijuana, is also necessary.
