β’ We are poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry through innovative reagent and instrument platform solutions. β’ With a focus on expanding into the US market, we're seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Sr. Manager or Director to spearhead our growth initiatives. β’ As our Business Development Sr. Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving market expansion efforts and forging key partnerships in the US. β’ Leveraging your expertise in business development and strategic planning, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to establish Fapon as a leader in the reagent and instrument platform sector. β’ Explore and penetrate US markets for Fapon's open platform in diagnosis, including reagent, instrument, and AI-enabled solution, with a focus on key product categories. β’ Develop and execute strategic plans to engage potential customers, including Independent Clinical Laboratories, scientific research labs, distributors in the field of diagnostics, hospital systems, and other relevant stakeholders. β’ Build and nurture strong relationships with partners and clients to drive business growth and revenue. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. β’ Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. β’ Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Or biological / medical education background with sales experiences. β’ 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the biotech or healthcare industry. β’ Be familiar with the IVD market of the USA, well-known clinic requirements and pain points of IVD supply chain parts β’ Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders. β’ Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experienced working with Chinese stakeholders within the global collaboration setting β’ Mandarin language ability is preferred, though not required
