β€’ We are poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry through innovative reagent and instrument platform solutions β€’ With a focus on expanding into the US market, we're seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Sr. Manager or Director to spearhead our growth initiatives β€’ You will play a pivotal role in driving market expansion efforts and forging key partnerships in the US β€’ Leverage your expertise in business development and strategic planning to identify and capitalize on opportunities to establish Fapon as a leader in the reagent and instrument platform sector

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Or biological / medical education background with sales experiences β€’ 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the biotech or healthcare industry β€’ Be familiar with the IVD market of the USA, well-known clinic requirements and pain points of IVD supply chain parts β€’ Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders β€’ Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment β€’ Experienced working with Chinese stakeholders within the global collaboration setting β€’ Mandarin language ability is preferred, though not required
