• Successfully solicit and secure North American Energy Utility Providers as new customers • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance • Pursue new opportunities, identify service improvements, and implement profit enhancements • Identify and build relationships with all decision makers, key contacts, and stakeholders during and after the sales process • Develop, execute, and report on sales strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and delivered by the team • Actively contribute to establishing budgets, sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting on a quarterly and annual basis • Provide input to product management on the market’s underserved product/solution needs
• A minimum of 5 years of successful industry outside sales / sales management experience in the electric utilities industry • Exemplary self-motivation and drive with strong time management skills and a keen ability to set priorities and achieve objectives • Willingness to travel (50-75%) • Wire and cable expertise strongly preferred • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
