📋 Description
• Plan, develop, and implement business-creating initiatives with cross-functional areas • Lead all aspects of the local Sales effort for Circle K • Responsible for retaining long-term direct customer relationships • Establish collaborative relationships to deliver results against objectives • Determine best go to market strategy and execute annual business planning • Develop, maintain, and adhere to budgets and trade spending plans • Responsible for monthly sales forecasting • Understand local market analytics and maintain oversight of customer supply chain • Lead the development of category driving initiatives and innovation • Participate in planning and management teams to improve processes within the organization • Develop and present customer programs to management levels
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the confection industry • Minimum of 5 years of account responsibility • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Ability to travel as required to achieve results
