Description

• The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and growth. • The Strategic Account Manager is a problem solver and seeks to build long-term relationships with customers. • The Strategic Account Manager will manage their assigned accounts in Salesforce to ensure compliance with the sales process. • Manage the flow of communications and ensure the customer is informed and satisfied. • Ensuring existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives. • Develop and monitor account specific metrics. • Manage client expectations and communicate with client regularly. • Create, review and update all client statements of work. • Retain clients and attain budgeted targets. • Track daily activity related to leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities. • Develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships. • Prepare volume forecasts by client. • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field. • 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
