Description

• The MDI Relationship Manager will manage the Fiserv business relationships. • Work with a portfolio of clients from a strategic and consultative perspective. • Serve as the primary contact for the client’s executive and/or senior level leaders. • Responsible for managing and growing the overall (pan-Fiserv) relationship with senior-level decision makers and influencers. • Leverage Fiserv solutions to maximize client’s growth and profitability. • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and increased profitability for Fiserv. • Serve as primary point of contact and information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management. • Lead retention of partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals. • Cultivate and improve relationships to identify and implement solutions to grow and expand revenue. • Maintain industry and product knowledge, understanding of customers’ needs and concerns. • Collaborate closely with the client by understanding their strategy, financial metrics and overall performance. • Ensure all clients’ needs are being addressed.

Requirements

• Experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategy to drive revenue growth with large clients. • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience. • Five or more years’ experience within the banking or financial services Industry. • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar eCRM tool. • Experience with sales and negotiating techniques - consultative selling skills with a consistent record of negotiating closing deals and generating results in a timely manner. • Proficient in working with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • MBA preferred. • Up to 60% domestic travel.
