Description

• Developing a sales pipeline to support the growth targets. • Qualifying prospects using various engagement methods (social media, email, phone, etc.). • Prospecting and closing sales opportunities from lead generation to close. • Negotiating with the C- and Senior-level client executives. • Strategic and tactical territory planning. • Ensuring compliance with the company sales process SOPs and reporting cadence. • Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure the best solution/outcome for our clients. • Accurate and timely forecasting throughout the sales cycle. • Skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of proven direct sales experience, with exposure to closing at the Senior- and C-Level suite. • Five (5) years experience selling software and migration-related professional services. • High energy levels, self-starter, acting with urgency, and results oriented. • Superior negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts. • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions. • Proven results of overachieving sales goals. • Effective communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong client presentation skills. • Ability to work independently with limited guidance. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in business, technology, or related field.
