Description

• Overseeing organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency • Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategy • Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management • Liaison with product development for technology solutions • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems • Establish and enforce security protocols and compliance • Build and mentor high-performing infrastructure team • Develop and manage infrastructure budget and vendor contracts • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Stay abreast of emerging trends to drive modernization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure • 5+ years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor contracts
