• The Direct Store Sales Representative is a key member of the retail sales team responsible for all financial operations. • The mission is to help FÜM achieve its vision and mission by expanding the retail footprint of the Brand. • Responsibilities include visiting retailers, product demos, new store sales, and retailer education. • Key performance indicators include new retail store opened and existing retail store reorders.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, exceeding targets, and closing deals effectively. • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FÜM products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers. • Merchandising & Visual Presentation: Knowledge of effective merchandising techniques and visual presentation standards. • Retailer Training & Education: Ability to effectively train retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with strong time management skills. • Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Ability to identify and address retailer challenges, negotiate effectively, and find mutually beneficial solutions. • Territory Management: Experience in managing a geographic territory, optimizing routes, and maximizing store visit efficiency. • Shopify Order Processing: The ability to learn how to use Shopify to establish orders with retailers and process payments.
