Description

• Identify and source your own leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals. • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand their needs and present Quickteam’s value proposition. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they continue to use our services. • Achieve sales targets and consistently bring in new business. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only or entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to source, prospect, and close your own leads independently. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, calls, etc.) and client-facing interactions. • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working autonomously. • Experience in selling staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment services is a plus. • Experience selling to the medical industry is a plus.
