Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts in the Pharma, Agriscience, and Consumer Goods sectors. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Conduct regular account reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and lead contract renewal drafting and negotiations. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve commercial growth targets. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the user base and deepen product adoption within existing accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to tailor solutions and drive value for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field. • A Master’s degree, PhD or relevant certifications (e.g., in SaaS, Account Management) is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, ideally within the SaaS and professional services industry. • Proven track record of exceeding targets by managing and growing accounts within the Life Sciences sector. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand user bases. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and other account management software. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional English language skills (C2 preferred, C1 minimum).
